  • Hotel Spa Manager realizes that there is a reduced request for Spa treatments and therapies for the upcoming weekend.
  • Using the m-hospitality platform, Spa Manager creates a Special Offer for the current guests of the hotel, introducing a 30% discount for all Spa reservations during the weekend.
  • The announcement of the Special Offer is automatically sent with a push notification / e-mail to all hotel guests, appearing on their mobile device screen.
  • Spa Manager has an in depth knowledge of the outcome of the campaign, using m-hospitality campaign analytics tool.

  • Guest X requires an immediate change turn down service. Using the app, guest X sends the relevant inquiry to the House Keeping department.
  • Immediately, hotel Reception is informed about the inquiry. At the same time, House Keeping Manager receives a relevant message from the m-hospitality platform.
  • As soon as House Keeping Manager accepts the task, guest X and the hotel Reception are informed, while the response time is also recorded.

  • A predefined alert in m-hospitality platform indicates that a number of guests have searched for Spa services, however they have not proceeded to a reservation.
  • A predefined Special Offer for 20% discount on Spa Services is sent automatically to these guests, resulting to a significant increase in spa reservations.
  • Alternatively, if the guests return home without making a spa reservation, the hotelier sends a Special Offer using the app, offering a free Spa session during a future stay at the hotel.
  • This action increases the possibility not only for the guest to return to the hotel, but, since the offer is transferrable to a third person, for having a new guest in the near future can ensure.
